Good sound connects people – and as signatories of the “Charta der Vielfalt,” our stance is clear: diversity, participation, and non-discriminatory access are core values of our company. Digital accessibility is an important building block – and a topic we at Teufel approach consciously and responsibly.
As of June 28, 2025, EU Directive 2019/882 applies in Germany, which also requires webshops to be accessible. Therefore, in recent months, we have intensified our efforts to make our website more accessible. We have already technologically and visually revised some parts of our webshop so that more people can use it. We will continue to work in the future to make our website accessible according to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) at the AA standard.
However, we also know that not all requirements can be implemented quickly or fully. That is why we made this page – to transparently inform you about the current status – and where additional improvements will be necessary.
Despite intensive technical and editorial revisions, some areas still have limitations:
Accessibility is a process. Have you discovered limitations, barriers, or other obstacles? We appreciate your support and gladly accept suggestions for improvement.
The competent market surveillance authority for the tasks of the Accessibility Enhancement Act is the “Market Surveillance Office of the Federal States for Accessibility of Products and Services” (MLBF).
